I am working as an associate for Inspired2Learn as part of my coaching practice. I am tutoring a number of people to become ILM Level 7 professional executive coaches as well as delivering leadership coaching.
This is the organisation I worked with to gain my ILM Level 7 executive coaching qualification before I set up my business – AMC Coaching. It was a great experience working with Clare Smale and her team. The customer service and level of support offered was great and I believe way above that of many other providers.
It is now great to be part of their team and working as associate tutor and leadership coach. I am supporting a wide variety of people from those employed in the public, private and third sector all keen to gain an excellent coaching qualification. Everyone has the same passion for coaching and the benefits it can bring to an organisation. I am still amazed at how many organisations do not bring coaching into their learning and development strategies. I am however constantly amazed, but not surprised, at how much benefit those that do see in the development not just of their people but of their overall organisation.
